ELEMENT TURNOVER
Digital Portal
All digital elements sent to/from Wild Woods are moved through FileMail, our in-house portal. FileMail is a secure, encrypted and fast transfer system with a multi-option approach for downloads and a raw (unzipped) option for uploads. Clients with files for download will be notified via email. Asset lifetime is 30 days.

REMOTE REVIEW
With Remote Review, you’re able to view your content with the simplicity of viewing a webpage and all in the comfort of your office or on a mobile device. Remote Review technology allows a direct connection to the mix or edit bay through a simple browser connection. Comment, review or sign off on video/audio from any location you wish.

PARKING
24 Hr validated parking is provided to all of our clients. We request that you provide our Reception team with the Parking Ticket received upon entering the building’s parking garage (Visitor Parking) in order to receive a validation coupon to exit the Building.
Please be advised that we will not be able to validate your parking without your Parking Ticket.
To new and existing clients, please note that the Visitor Parking Entrance has moved to the West end of the complex.

Monday – Saturday from 6:00am to 1:00am.
– Sunday – 8:00 am to midnight.

In Facility Security
Wild Woods operates under MPAA security protocols. Security card access is required to enter all technical spaces and other content sensitive areas.
SECURITY POLICY
Wild Woods is advancing protocols to ensure the highest level of security possible for the handling of content as well as meet network, streaming company, and MPAA compliance requirements and expectations. Content security is a high priority. The following information should aid you in understanding our policy and help during daily interaction with the facility.
- Front Client Entrance will be locked and require you to push button outside entrance as indicated to gain entry
- All visitors/clients must sign in and out at reception area
- All visitor/clients will be escorted to scheduled suites
- Visitor/Clients are not permitted in “Secure Areas” such as DMO, Vault, Media Center or Master QC without prior authorization and facility escort
- All media related deliveries must go to Vault only. No media is allowed to be delivered directly to any session under any circumstances
- Reception can coordinate deliveries to the proper area and staff member as needed
