SECURITY POLICY
Wild Woods is advancing protocols to ensure the highest level of security possible for the handling of content as well as meet network, streaming company, and MPAA compliance requirements and expectations. Content security is a high priority. The following information should aid you in understanding our policy and help during daily interaction with the facility.
- Front Client Entrance will be locked and require you to push button outside entrance as indicated to gain entry
- All visitors/clients must sign in and out at reception area
- All visitor/clients will be escorted to scheduled suites
- Visitor/Clients are not permitted in “Secure Areas” such as DMO, Vault, Media Center or Master QC without prior authorization and facility escort
- All media related deliveries must go to Vault only. No media is allowed to be delivered directly to any session under any circumstances
- Reception can coordinate deliveries to the proper area and staff member as needed
